Your Patient Portal

We encourage all patients to sign up for the Patient Portal and use it to view visit summaries, laboratory results, and patient education. Enter the Patient Portal via the link in the email you receive, which will also contain your username and password. If you have any trouble, our staff is more than happy to assist.

Flu Shots

Our office administers flu shots every season, usually starting in late August or early September. We carry the special high-dose flu shot for seniors. We encourage all of our patients to get their shots at the time of their visit or call in for a same-day appointment. Please know that we have extended office hours on Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings to be able to accommodate patients who want to come after work.

COVID-19 Vaccine

We also have COVID-19 vaccines. Please note that eligibility may vary by age group and insurance carrier. Ask if you are eligible the next time you are in the office!

Attention Medicare Patients!

Please schedule your Annual Wellness Exam. It is completely covered each year by Medicare, and it does not go through deductibles or coinsurance. This visit covers a review of preventative items, including vaccines and cancer screenings. Sleep Studies

We offer state-of-the-art in-home sleep studies for our patients. Please note that we do not have in-office sleep studies at this time.
