Jasleen K. Salwan, MD, MPH, FASAM
Dr. Salwan is a physician who is board-certified in Internal Medicine, certified in Hepatitis C management, and board-certified in Addiction Medicine. She trained at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she earned her MD concurrently with a Master of Public Health (MPH) before going on to complete residency at the Yale Internal Medicine – Primary Care program. Subsequently, she completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Johns Hopkins. Her language skills include Spanish (proficient) and Hindi/Punjabi (conversational).
In her free time, Dr. Salwan enjoys salsa dancing, reading fiction, and traveling.
