We encourage all patients to sign up for the Patient Portal and use it to view visit summaries, laboratory results, and patient education. We have a team-based approach, so after your visit, any of our providers may send you a portal message with additional recommendations.
Enter the Patient Portal via the link in the email you receive, which will also contain your username and password. If you have any trouble, our staff is more than happy to assist.
